Responsibility
Guests are fully responsible for the behaviour of their pets, including any damage or disturbance caused on the hotel premises, such as to furniture,
structures or other guests.
Vaccination
The pet must have all vaccinations up to date. The vaccination records may be requested by the hotel at any time.
Hygiene
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their pet is clean and in good hygienic condition. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees if special cleaning or repairs are required.
Forbidden Areas
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant (indoors), swimming pool, gym, and spa.
Lead Use
Pets must be kept on a lead and accompanied by a responsible adult in all common areas.
Noise and Disturbances
Guests must ensure that their pet does not cause excessive noise or disturbance to other guests. In the event of a complaint, the hotel reserves the
right to require the pet to be removed from the premises.
Health Care
The hotel is not responsible for any health problems the pet may experience during the stay. In the event of a veterinary emergency, the guest is
responsible for all related expenses.
Feeding
Guests must provide all necessary food for their pet during their stay.
Acceptance of Terms
I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the above conditions. I agree to respect them and take full responsibility for my pet during my stay.
