1. What is the RIDE Privilege loyalty program?
RIDE Privilege is the loyalty program of RIDE Surf Resort & Spa, designed to reward our frequent guests and customers. The more you enjoy our services, the more benefits you unlock!
2. How do I join the RIDE Privilege loyalty program?
Joining RIDE Privilege is free! You can easily sign up by providing your email at the reception, by using the code RIDE through our app, or by clicking the button below to access it via browser. From that moment on, all your bookings and purchases will be registered, allowing you to accumulate spending and move up levels to unlock exclusive benefits.
3. How are discounts applied in the RIDE Privilege program??
Your discount is automatically applied to your room rate when booking, using the code that corresponds to your level. You can find your code on the app.For discounts on restaurant and SPA services, simply show your app to the team, and they will apply the appropriate discount.
4. Can I accumulate multiple discounts?
No, you cannot combine multiple discounts. However, all benefits from previous levels carry over, ensuring even more advantages as you progress.
5. What are the levels of the RIDE Privilege program?
Guests move through the following loyalty levels:
- RIDE Privilege Starter (upon registration)
- RIDE Privilege Bronze (after spending more than €750)
- RIDE Privilege Silver (after spending more than €2,000)
- RIDE Privilege Gold (after spending more than €5,000)
- RIDE Privilege Diamond (after spending more than €10,000)
6. Are RIDE Privilege benefits subject to availability?
Yes, some benefits are subject to availability. Benefits marked with an asterisk (*) may not always be available and will be confirmed upon request.
7. How is my discount level updated?
Your discount level is automatically updated based on your total spending at the hotel. Before your check-in, our team will immediately update the accommodation and breakfast amount in the app, allowing you to start enjoying your benefits right away. After each check-out, your member profile is updated with the total amount from your stay, along with any additional invoices paid during your visit. Your new level is then applied accordingly.
To ensure all your expenses count toward your discount level, please add any restaurant, bar, or spa consumption to your room bill or present any extra invoices at check-out.
Please note that accommodation-related discounts earned from your stay can only be used on your next reservation, while restaurant, bar, and spa discounts are available for use during your current stay.
8. Can I use my RIDE Privilege benefits if I book through a third-party website?
No, loyalty benefits are only available for direct bookings made through the hotel’s website, phone, email, or in person.
9. How can I see my benefits?
Your benefits are visible in the app, where you can track your level and the advantages you have unlocked.
10. Can I use my benefits and discounts at any time?
Yes! Benefits can be used whenever you make a direct booking at RIDE Surf Resort & Spa and have reached the corresponding level. Some benefits are subject to availability.
11. Can RIDE Privilege benefits be transferred?
Benefits are personal and non-transferable, granted based on the amount spent at RIDE Surf Resort & SPA.
12. How can I cancel my RIDE Privilege membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time through the app or by contacting us directly. However, canceling will result in the loss of all accumulated benefits.
13. What spending counts towards the RIDE Privilege program?
The program tracks spending on:
- Accommodation
- Restaurant and bar
- Entries and memberships
- Spa
- EV charging
The following are not included:
- Purchases from the hotel shop
- Services from external partners
- Taxes and additional fees
